"Very Poor Customer Service, They Claim insurance went up because I had a speeding ticket that happend over 2 years ago, the whole time I was paying 40 and it went to 65 then overnight 260$ These guys find any excuse to avoid having to explain themselves and they will post your personal information online, I already took my business somewere else and not looking back. these guys will not care if you loose your job or your struggling, making money is the name of their game regardless of your financial status , I find it funny how he didnt explain how the previous month was 65 then 260 and my autopay just happends to be on! croocks~ if you even look at my paid history I would always call to make my payments, the last agent that set up my auto pay did something to make my next payment 260$ but go ahead and keep posting your side of the story, I got mine."

"I had state farm for over 8 years one day they hit me with a bill 4 times the amount from 65$ to 260$ no explication, I ask them them to cancel and they didn't honor the 30 days I paid for insurance which was 260$ I went to renew my car tags and it showed up in the system I had no insurance now.I.have to waste more time thanks State farm"
"Hey Mauricio, I know you were our customer for over 8 years and we appreciate your loyalty. I do see that your rate jumped quite a bit, but it looks like you received a citation for going over 100MPH which will significantly affect your driving record and premium. It looks like when you called to cancel on 1/16 you had just paid your bill for the prior 30 days. Unfortunately, when you cancel your auto insurance, we electronically let the DMV know that there is no longer coverage. I do apologize that it caused you an issue. "I work long shifts (12+ hours) back to back for work so I tend to sleep in on my day off to make up for the lack of sleep. Well on my 1st day off in 4 days today they decided to call me 3 times back to back to back. Pretty sure they’re desperate to meet their monthly quota for new insurance policies, but if someone doesn’t answer the first time don’t call them 2 more times back to back and on top of that they didn’t even leave a voicemail. Took everything inside of me to not answer and cuss them out because I had a migraine and their persistent calling wasn’t helping. This incident just puts a bad first impression that they are more concerned about making money than being considerate of others. I considered this office because of the glowing reviews but this honestly is making me reconsider looking for a different office for lack of consideration (& lack of common sense to not blow someone up unless it’s an emergency and them making their monthly quota isn’t an emergency in my book), lack of communication (not leaving a single voicemail despite calling me so urgently), and lack of respect for boundaries and following directions since I specifically chose in my quote to contact me only via email when it asked what is the best method of contact (they texted me and called me multiple times but not a single email. Did they ever consider my phone bill regarding texts or calls?)."
"Sina I am so sorry to hear that we not only woke you up on your day off but also called 3 times in a row. When we get a lead in, they are supposed to have been just requested so typically that person just submitted the request and is actively looking for a quote on their phone or computer. The company that we get leads from states they are sent to us directly from you as the possible customer. They should have also directed us to your preference for contact method but didn't. I will be taking this up with them as we work closely with a 3rd party company to get leads of people who are interested in a quote. Again, my apologies for this experience. If there is anything that I can personally do, please reach out directly to me. As the agent, I take full responsibility for my team. Thank you for your review - Jon."
